Hello!  My name is Sarah Merconti.  I was born and raised in Ironwood, which is in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  I attended college at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan, also in the Upper Peninsula.  The U.P. is a beautiful place if you ever get a chance to visit!  Although I will say, I am happy to get away from the severe winter weather there.

My husband, Aaron, is a 5th grade teacher at Southview Elementary School.  We have two beautiful daughters, Abby and Avery.  I enjoy spending as much time as possible with all of them.  We enjoy taking walks, playing at the park, and especially reading books.  They bring so much joy to my life!  During my spare time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and staying active while playing a variety of other sports. 

This is my 9th year teaching fourth grade at Stillson Elementary School.  My husband and I both love it here in Chippewa Falls and feel extremely lucky to be a part of the Chippewa Falls School District.
