Hello~
I have been teaching in the Special Education Department in the Chippewa Falls School District since 2007. During the first five years, I worked primarily with students with learning disabilities, but had many opportunities to interact with students of all ability levels. In 2012, I began working with students in the IDS area. I am excited to begin my first year with the special education department at Parkview Elementary.
My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls and a Master's degree in Teaching Special Education (CD, ED, LD) from Western New Mexico University.
In addition, I have coached many different sports from middle school cross-country to junior varsity-2 volleyball as well as volleyball, basketball and softball at the elementary and middle school levels.
I enjoy traveling, golfing, fishing, playing volleyball and spending time with friends and family.
