2025-2026 4K Registration Process

Step 1 - Online Registration
- Click on this link for 4K Online Registration. This will go live on January 6, 2025.
- Please complete the directions based on if you live in the Chippewa Falls School District boundaries. If you are unsure if your address is within the Chippewa Falls School District boundaries, please call Tami See at 715-726-2417 x1850.
- If you live outside of the Chippewa Falls School District boundaries, you will need to apply for Open Enrollment on the DPI Website. You can still register for 4K at this time and do the Open Enrollment when it opens up on February 3, 2025.
- The CFAUSD Registrar will approve your enrollment request.
- IF APPLICABLE, this approval will take place after an open enrollment request has been completed.
Step 2 - 4K Site Session Selection
- In February you will receive an email with a google form asking you to choose your top 3 choices for a 4K site and an AM or PM session.
- Please note that while we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a spot will be available at one of the locations or the AM/PM session you selected. We will work collaboratively with our partner sites to do the best we can to honor submitted requests/preferences.
Step 3 - Enrollment Finalized
- In March you will receive an email notifying you of the 4K site/session your child has been placed in.
- You must take your child’s birth certificate AND immunization records to the 4K site your child will attend to complete the enrollment/registration process.

- You will need to complete and return ALL paperwork requested by the site to guarantee your spot.
- Once you have completed and returned ALL paperwork requested by the site, the Site Director will notify the 4K Administrative Assistant that your child is officially enrolled at their 4K Site
- The 4K Administrative Assistant will enroll your child in the school district student database.
