Step 1 — Online Registration
- Click on the ‘4K Registration’ tile on the Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District Infinite Campus Portal. THIS TILE IS LIVE as of January 3. 2024.
- Please complete the directions based on where your home address is. If you are unsure if your address is within the Chippewa Falls School District boundaries, please call Tami See at 715-726-2417 extension 1850.
- The Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District Registrar will approve your enrollment request.
- IF APPLICABLE, this approval will take place after an open enrollment request has been completed.
- In about 3-4 weeks you will receive an email with a Google form asking you to choose your top 3 choices for a 4K site and an AM or PM session.
Step 2 — Assigned 4K Site
- Once Step 1 is complete, you will receive an email letting you know which site & session you are assigned to. While we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a spot will be available at one of the locations or AM/PM sessions you selected. We will work collaboratively with our partner sites to do the best we can to honor submitted requests/preferences.
- To complete the process you must bring your child's birth certificate AND immunization records to the 4K site your child will attend.

- You will need to complete and return ALL paperwork requested by the site to guarantee your spot.
Step 3 — Enrollment Finalized
- Once you have completed and returned ALL paperwork requested by the site, the Site Director will notify the 4K Administrative Assistant that your child is officially enrolled at their 4K Site
- The 4K Administrative Assistant will enroll your child in the 4K site in the School District Infinite Campus database.
- You will receive an email that your child has been enrolled in your requested 4K Site.
