Hello Southview Families,
Welcome to November! As our weather shifts, please remember that if your child needs winter apparel, we’re here to help. Simply reach out to your child’s teacher, and we’ll work together to ensure they have what’s needed.
We’re also excited to invite you to Southview for Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, November 7, or Tuesday, November 12. If you haven’t signed up yet, please do so for either an in-person or virtual option. The brochure shared with you will help guide our time together. This year, we’re using a consistent reporting format across all grade levels, making it easier to review information if you have children in multiple grades.
November offers another opportunity for families to get involved through our PTO's Annual Fall Craft Fair on Saturday, November 23. This event is not only a wonderful community gathering but also an important fundraiser for our school. To make it a success, we’re seeking volunteers for two-hour shifts to help with donations at the door and at the bake sale. Sign up here to join the fun!
As we embrace our What if You Fly theme, let’s continue to work together to support our children’s academic and social-emotional growth. When home and school partner in these efforts, we empower our children to reach new heights. Thank you for all you do to support our students and staff. Together, we can achieve amazing things for our children and our community!
Respectfully,
Mrs. Janet E. Goodman
