REFUND & CANCELLATION
There are no refunds given for trips, performances or events unless the trip or performance or event is canceled. If you enroll for a class and it is canceled, you will be fully refunded. If you cancel your class enrollment 14 days prior to the start of class, you will be fully refunded. If you cancel your class fewer than 14 days to the start of the class, you will NOT be refunded.
WINTER WEATHER
If the CFAUSD Schools are closed or canceled during the day, all evening activities will also be canceled, even if the weather has cleared by the time your class is to start. If school is in session, but the weather looks questionable, please email us adulted@chipfalls.org or call us at 715-726-2416. If classes are canceled, we will make every attempt to contact registered participants via phone and/or email messages. If classes have to be rescheduled, we will do so according to the instructor's convenience.
