- Rolling with the Guys (boys)--I can learn to be confident in myself and make good decisions.

SOS--I can learn coping skills when someone close to me is abusing drugs or alcohol.

Relax--I can learn how to manage stress.

Keeping Your Cool--I can learn how to control my anger.

True Colors--I can feel comfortable and true to myself in the LGBTQ community.

Strength--I can learn ways to keep myself physically and emotionally safe.

Coping with Illness--I can identify and practice coping skills when someone close to me is seriously ill.

While They're Away--I can communicate with others while someone in my family is in prison or jail.

Sib Shop--I can communicate with others about a disabled sibling.

I Feel Better Now--I can communicate with others about a traumatic experience.

There's a Hole in My Life--I can communicate with others about someone close to me that has died.
