By providing high school students with a district laptop, we are working toward meeting three important objectives to help high school students build capacity in working toward achieving the mega result:
- Provide a connected, personalized learning environment to prepare students for the world in which they will graduate.
- Empower students to be designers of their own learning and foster their own creativity.
- Prepare students to enter into and interact appropriately in a technology-driven, information-rich, global society.
Parents/guardians only need to complete the annual student registration process to give permission for their student be issued a Chromebook. Through this process, you will acknowledge that you have read and agree to the guidelines and policies in the Cardinal Mile Handbook, click here to see the document. Please watch your email for notifications of high school registration windows or log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to complete the online registration anytime after May 1st each year.
Once online registration is complete, you have given permission via that process, and fees are paid, students may pick up their Chromebook laptops at registration in mid-August.
