The 2026 Community Conversation is an opportunity for the Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District to hear directly from our community as we begin the process of updating our strategic plan. Once again it time to update the Strategic Plan, and the best way to do so is by hearing from the community what their expectations and priorities are. The Board of Education held a special meeting on July 13, 2026, where they formally requested that the District facilitate another Community Conversation. A Design Team representing students, families, educators, staff, and our local business and community partners was created. The Board of Education charged the design team to gather broad perspectives and deliver recommendations that will guide the Board's development of a refreshed Three-Year Strategic Plan to better serve our students and community.
Design Team
The Design Team has been actively organizing the logistics and format of the Community Conversation. This includes helping shape the community survey, interviews, and mini sessions. The team has also identified potential locations for the mini sessions to help ensure opportunities for broad community participation. The Design Team members are:
