Thank you for considering serving as a Volunteer for the Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District! Volunteers truly make a difference in the lives of our students and offer a different lens for our students to learn from. Please note that a background check may be required for anyone who will be working unsupervised with students one-on-one or in small group settings.
Please complete the forms listed below and submit online. The Human Resources Department will notify you within two weeks if you are ineligible to volunteer. Completing these forms allows you to be placed on the volunteer list. Make sure your ID is attached and the social security number you entered is correct to help expedite the volunteer process. If either one is not entered properly your application may be denied due to insufficient information.
COMPLETED FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY TO ALLOW FOR AMPLE TIME TO COMPLETE THE BACKGROUND CHECK.
