The Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District is the premier public school district in northwest Wisconsin, located ten minutes north of Eau Claire.
CFAUSD serves over 5,100 students with a dedicated and highly skilled staff of over 600.
Our school district is unique because we offer the co-curricular and academic options of a division-one high school and middle school even though we are located in a city of under 14,000 people. CFAUSD is a leader in educational technology. All classrooms across the school district are equipped with a LCD Projector. There are SMART Boards in all elementary classrooms. Students and teachers within the district utilize a One-to-One Laptop Program, where every student is given a Chromebook. Students at the high school and middle school level have the ability to take their devices home. Many elementary and middle school classrooms also have access to interactive technologies, such as SMART response systems, Document Cameras, and iPads.
