It’s my privilege to serve the students, families, staff, and community of the Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District. From 20 years of experience as a superintendent, I know that great school districts are built on trust, genuine relationships, and a shared belief that students deserve the opportunity to learn, grow, and discover their potential.

As superintendent, my commitment is to listen first, lead with integrity, and make decisions that place students at the center of our strategic work. Every decision that we make, from the classroom to the stage, from the field to the court, should help prepare our students not only for graduation, but for the achievement of their personal goals and to make a positive impact in the world. 

Our schools belong to this community, and our greatest successes come when staff, families, students, businesses, the School Board, and our community work together for a common purpose. Our “Community Conversations” are a direct effort to ensure our shared beliefs and common purpose stay current and at the forefront of our strategic work. We honor the traditions that have made the CFAUSD an outstanding school district while embracing the opportunities that will prepare our students for a changing tomorrow.
