Section 8 of this article surprised me. I didn't really think that sleep effected much more than how good you feel and how productive you will be that day. I was startled to read that less sleep leads to anxiety, depression, and other mental health problems! Losing sleep also dulls our ability to read facial expressions, yet dreaming boosts this ability. I think it's cool that dreaming can boost our ability to read facial expressions. I will definitely actively try to get enough sleep at night.
