#3 on the list is: Pollution is worse for the brain than we realized

This topic was upsetting in the fact that there's SO MANY awful things that are directly affected or caused by pollution, and we'd rather worry about the effects on our brain than our home, Earth. I wouldn't put it passed environmental dangers to be effecting humans as well, it's kind of like applying the Social-Cognitive theory: what you input on your environment, it puts onto you. If you watch the documentary (fortunately provided on Netflix) The Human Experiment, they go into detail how environmental dangers and toxins (carcinogens and such) in our cosmetics, cleaners, plastics, even our medical equiptment, are having serious affects on everything: people, plants, animals, ect. One section of the documentary focuses on problems with child birth, delivery, the whole sha-bang AND there has been a very noticable increase in the diagosis of things like ADD/ADHD and Autism which has been directly correlated to toxins and pollution.
