I think it is obvious that good sleep is critical to a healthy emotional life. Myself when I do not get enough sleep, you better watch out because I am so gosh darn crabby. It is also psychologically proven that the brain works and processes better when there was good sleep the night before. You are more awake and energetic along with engaged in everything you do when you have enough sleep. When you dont feel tired or you arent crabby because you had lack of sleeo. It makes sense that without sleep the brain was unable to put emotional experiences into context. Your life is so much better after a good nights rest.

I agree with the findings that good sleep is critical to a healthy emotion life. It is difficult to work without sleep, you don't have energy for it. If you have a lot of homework, then you have to go to bed late. You might suffer from anxiety or depression. It is not good for your well-being.

Sleep is critical to a healthy emotional life. Without sleep people would be a disaster. We can’t function if we don’t sleep which in turn gives us mixed emotions that we cannot control. Stress levels increase because of sleep deprivation. Along with stress level increasing, anxiety, depression, and other mental health problems are linked to it. Also, sleep is a key to emotional intelligence and dreaming boosts our ability to read facial expressions. Everyone loves sleep and maybe that is because we feel better after sleeping. But, no one realizes why we feel better. We are ready for the day emotionally because sleep helps us to decrease our stress level and we have that boost of energy. Sleep is an essential part of our lives and we do need it.
